Susanne Jung holds a degree in Adult Education, with a strong academic foundation in psychology, sociology, and business administration. She brings over 20 years of hands-on experience from the international industrial landscape. Having held senior leadership roles – including Managing Director and Executive Board Member – in global corporations, she knows business from the inside out. Her industry expertise spans manufacturing, retail, and finance, giving her a sharp eye for the complex interplay between strategy, day-to-day operations, and market dynamics.

Today, Susanne wears multiple hats: she works as a certified systemic business coach, university lecturer, and co-host of a business podcast. She also serves on advisory and supervisory boards, always with a clear mission – to make knowledge actionable and support individuals and teams in making sound, future-proofed decisions.

With Faircoach, her own digital startup, she built a platform that supports companies through transformation – combining empathy with real-world practicality, powered by the largest network of trainers, coaches, and experts in the DACH region. She’s also passionate about future-driven innovation – for example, as an early investor in allygatr, Germany’s largest VC fund for AI-powered HR tech solutions and services.
